Senior Pastor - Phillip W. Smith
Bro. Phillip was Called to be the Senior Pastor at Heritage, March 1st. 2020. He has been a Senior Pastor for 45 years, spending the last 23 years, as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Bentonville. Bro. Phillip started Preaching, during his Senior Year of High School. He is a Graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, & New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as the President of the Arkansas Baptist Convention, Pastors Conference, & also served as a Trustee at Ouachita Baptist University, and the Arkansas Baptist Children’s Home, were he served one term, as President of the Board of Trustees.
Bro. Phillip is married to Laurie Rhodes of Spearsville, Louisiana. They have two children, Nathan Smith & Hannah Long. They have a daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Smith, and a son-in-law, David Long. Bro. Phillip & Laurie are blessed with five grandchildren, Elijah, Evelyn, & Violet Smith, and Phillip & Audrey Long.

Associate Pastor - Aaron Cude
Aaron and his wife Karrie have been serving at Heritage since July of 2015.  He's been working with youth and leading worship for over 15 years, serving in churches in North Carolina, Kentucky and Illinois.  Aaron attended Moody Theological Seminary and has a M.A. in Church ministry from Shepherds Theological Seminary in Cary, NC. He received a B.A. from Morehead State University in Morehead, KY and spent more than 8 years working with at-risk teens before moving into full time church ministry.   
Aaron and Karrie met in 2010 while on a mission trip and were married in 2012. Karrie attended Bob Jones University and has a degree in Nursing.  She has worked as an ICU nurse for over 10 years. They have three sons Jackson, Hudson, and Bronson.
